2026-27 Winter Gym League Registration

 

📅 Important Dates

• September 4th, 2026: Registration Opens

• October 15th, 2026: Registration & Payment Deadline (Spots are limited!)

• November 7th to 9th, 2026: Coaches contact players

• November 15th, 2026: Season Begins

• January/February 2026: Season Concludes

Note: Players must be registered and paid in full by October 15th to secure a spot. This year we have limited spots available due to facility space. 

 

💵 Season Details & Cost

• Registration Fee: $190 (includes a T-shirt jersey)

• Season Length: 8 games plus single-elimination playoffs

• Main Location: Access Centre – 48 Holland Rd, West St. Paul, MB

• Second Location: Holy Cross School - 300 Dubuc St, Wpg, MB

Please note: Additional gym locations and age groups may change depending on registration numbers.

 

📝 Registration Types

• Individual Registration: Register as an individual and we will place you on a team. You may submit up to two friend requests for the winter season. Friends must request players back. 

 

🏆 Divisions & Schedule

 All divisions, age groups, and locations are subject to change based on final enrollment.

 

U9 Division

• Birth Years: 2017, 2018, 2019

• Format: 4 vs 4 plus a goalie

• Main Location: Access Centre (Holy Cross School maybe used if needed)

• Game Times: Most games are on Saturdays (8:30 AM–10:00 AM start times), with a few Sunday mornings.

U12 Division

• Birth Years: 2014, 2015, 2016

• Format: 3 vs 3 plus a goalie

• Main Location: Access Centre (Holy Cross School maybe used if needed)

• Game Times: Most games are on Saturdays (10:00 AM–11:30 AM start times), with a few Sundays.

U15 Division

• Birth Years: 2011, 2012, 2013

• Format: 4 vs 4 plus a goalie

• Main Location: Holy Cross School (other location maybe used if needed)

• Game Times: Most games are on Sundays (9:00 AM–10:00 AM start times), with a few Saturdays if needed.

 

🎛️ Equipment Requirements

To ensure the safety of all participants, please review the required gear checklist before the season starts.

Mandatory Equipment:

• CSA-approved hockey helmet with full facial protection

• Hockey gloves

• Shin pads (Soccer-style, hockey, or ball hockey pads are all acceptable)

• Athletic cup

• Hockey stick (No plastic blades and no stick tape allowed)

Recommended Equipment:

• Soft knee pads

• Soft elbow pads

• Mouthguard
